Our comprehensive training programme is designed to equip youth workers with the essential skills and knowledge needed to excel as leaders within their organisations. By enhancing leadership skills among youth workers, we aim to bolster the capacity of partner organisations to effectively engage and empower young people in project activities. This, in turn, contributes to our overarching goal of enhancing the ability to work with young people within partner organisations.

Specific Objectives of the Training Course
